Power Supplies for Automatic Machinery

Dec. 11, 2007
A 480 Watt 3-Phase Switching Power Supply is the latest addition to the vendor’s SPD Series.

Developed to meet the increasing power demand of the automatic machinery market, the 480W 3-phase power supplies are available in 24VDC and 48VDC output voltages, feature universal input voltages of 340-575VAC and 480-820VDC, and include power factor correction and parallel functions.

These high efficiency, DIN rail mount power supplies have short circuit, overvoltage, and overload protection, “Power OK” and “Low Output Voltage” diagnostic LEDs, and a relay output for a power ready signal. All models include internal noise filtering, a potentiometer for fine tuning the DC output voltage, and an extended temperature range of –13 to 160°F (-25 to 71°C).
