New Signal Conditioner Added to JUMPFLEX Line

Jan. 27, 2010
Engineered for Industrial sensors, the 857-819 mV Signal Conditioner accepts bipoloar MV inputs from -10 mV to +1000 mV and converts to a current or voltage output.

The newest addition to the JUMPFLEX line provides safety through 3-way isolation (test voltage of 2.5kV) and configures non-linear curves via WAGOFrame FDT/DTM-based software--the software also offers parameterization, start-up and field device diagnostics. Some other features include Cage Clamp(R)S Spring Pressure Connection Technology, helping to ensure mV signal conditioner terminations are tempearature cyclying-resistant for performance in temperatures ranging from -25 deg. to +70 deg C.

UL listed conditioner utilizes a 6mm-wide housing and common profile with the entire Jumpflex line. The Jumpflex pluggable relays employ a flexible push-in jumpering system to eliminate redundant wiring.
