The system enables maintenance engineers and plant managers to more effectively monitor and manage their thermal process equipment, minimizing unplanned downtime and maximizing uptime. It does that by sending users actionable information from their combustion equipment and see real-time and trending data, and get alerts when key parameters are outside normal limits; this allows them to diagnose potential disruptions ahead of time to facilitate smart, safe operating decisions. It makes it possible to view system-wide data for each piece of connected thermal process equipment and share it up the management chain to make better process decisions. This information can include process temperature, combustion parameters, fuel consumption, firing rate, as well as things like which alarms have been configured with the current system. Part of the company’s Connected Plant portfolio, the product is available to North American customers now, with international deliveries expected later in the year.
