Wago has launched two new products in its Green Range of splicing connectors: a 4mm inline and 6mm side entry version. The levers in these connectors are derived from reused PET bottles, while the housing is made from bio circular waste, such as waste from cooking oil production. The copper and spring steel are identical to those used in the classic range, with a significant portion of the metals coming from recycled scrap. All these features make the connector a more sustainable product that still provides all with the same quality and certifications as the familiar 221 Series splicing connector.
