Relays are available for single-phase current monitoring, single-phase voltage monitoring, three-phase voltage monitoring and phase monitoring. Unlike the company's existing relays, each BL relay provides only a single function, so installers do not have to pay extra for features they do not need. The relays have a 17.55-mm-wide housing, compared with 22.5-mm in the multi-function devices, saving cabinet space. The family includes PT versions that incorporate the company's push-in connection technology that connects up to 60 percent faster than screw termination and has a retention force five times the IEC requirement. No special tools are required, which reduces installation time and costs. The housings include rotary switches for easy parameter adjustment and status indication LEDs. The monitoring relays have UL and cUL approval.
