Designed for load-cell applications that include engine/turbine strain measurement and weight or level controls, the ACT20P Bridge signal converter/isolator will accept up to 4 load cell inputs in a single unit.
The compact, DIN-rail mountable converter/isolator provides 65ms response time (10-90%) and 0.05% accuracy. It offers switch-selectable input and output ranging and can be integrated into the load controls. Calibration can be performed on site by means of either a push button or a signal from the PLC. Standard installation features include 12-60VDC auxiliary power, a selectable 5V/10V sensor supply, a 4-wire or 6-wire sensor connection and a -4°F to +158°F (-20°C to 70°C) operating temperature range. The 4kV isolation between the input, the voltage supply and the output ports provides protection against field noise.
