HMI Adds Second Ethernet Port

Jan. 12, 2011
The G3ENET is an Ethernet expansion card for theG3 Series Operator Interface family, enabling users to add a second Ethernet port to G3 Series HMIs to increase bandwidth and separate networks.
In addition to supporting ten simultaneous Ethernet protocols, the G3 Series HMIs with the G3ENET card provide communication with devices on two distinct Ethernet networks simultaneously—without the need for an industrial router—saving both cost and configuration time. Installed by using the supplied screws and a single cable, the G3ENET adds another 10 Base T/100 Base-Tx Ethernet port that gives users the option to isolate machine level networks from the enterprise network.Red Lion Controls Inc.www.redlion.net717.767.6511
