JUMPFLEX mV Signal Conditioner

Jan. 22, 2010
A new mV Signal Conditioner has joined WAGO Corporation's JUMPFLEX line of Signal Conditioners and Relays. Engineered for industrial sensors, the 857-819 mV Signal Conditioner accepts bipolar mV inputs from -100 mV to +1000 mV, and converts to a current or voltage output.
Current output available is in 4-20 mA, 0-20mA, 0-10mA and 2-10mA variants; voltage output available in 0-10V, 2-10V, 0-5V and 1-5V variants.  The 857-819 ensures safety through 3-way isolation (test voltage of 2.5kV). Beyond configuration by DIP switch, the 857-819 configures non-linear curves via WAGOFrame FDT/DTM-based software - the software also provides parameterization, start-up and field device diagnostics. The highly efficient 857-819 features transmission errors of less than 0.1% on adjusted span. CAGE CLAMP®S Spring Pressure Connection Technology provides vibration-proof and maintenance-free terminations. Additionally, CAGE CLAMP®S ensures mV Signal Conditioner terminations are temperature cycling-resistant for reliable performance in temperatures ranging from -25°C-+70°C. The UL listed 857-819 mV Signal Conditioner shares the industry's most compact 6mm-wide housing and common profile with the entire JUMPFLEX line. JUMPFLEX's pluggable relays, as well as configurable and dedicated models support all signal types, and employ a flexible push-in jumpering system to eliminate redundant wiring. WAGO is the leader in spring pressure connection technology that eliminates loose wires resulting from vibration and temperature cycling, while providing highly reliable, corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free connections. Products: DIN-rail, PCB and chassis mount terminal blocks; signal conditioners; the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM and more. For additional information, visit www.wago.us
