Switches Feature Power over Ethernet

Aug. 3, 2008
The Lanolinx LNP-500A line of 5-port Industrial Ethernet switches feature a Power over Ethernet (PoE) Injector function.

The switches have DIN Rail mounting ability, metal housing, redundant 12VDC to 48VDC input, and Relay for local alarm. They are available in an extended operating temperature model that allows functionality under a temperature range between -40°C ~ 80°C (-40°F ~ 176°F). Standard features of the switches include an RJ-45 port that supports auto MDI/MDI-X functions; Store-and-Forward Switching Architecture; 1Gbps backplane (Switching Fabric); 448Kbits Memory Buffer; and 2K MAC Address Table. The switches provide EFT protection at 3000VDC for power lines and support 6000VDC Ethernet ESD protection.
