Hazardous Area Barcode Readers

Scanex is a family of bar code readers engineered for use in hazardous areas.
The entire family has Gas Zone 1 and Dust Zone 22 ATEX approvals, with North American approvals pending. Three primary models are available - the Dragon D101, a cabled trigger operated handheld scanner; and the Nano, a fixed mount miniature scanner with continuous scan operation. The wireless M101 offers a maximum reading distance of 1100mm, with a 50m radio transmission radius. The unit weighs less than one pound and can perform up to 30,000 read operations per battery charge.
