The PSI-MOS-DNET modular fiber optic converter allows isolation of DeviceNet networks by converting electrical copper-based signals to optical signals for glass or polymer fiber technology.
The converter is DIN-rail mounted and 22.5 mm wide. The modular system allows the use of a base module for point-to-point configurations for line structures and extended bus drops. Extension modules can be added to allow configurations such as star couples with up to 20 fiber optic ports.
