Process Station Enhancements

A new Operator Station for the APACS+ process automation system adds user-requested functional enhancements and brings new capabilities to APACS+.

Enhancements include scalability to support 12 pairs of servers and 32 clients, a redundant, high-performance SQL-based historian and system sizes of more than 100,000 I/O points. New features can be implemented while preserving the control strategy of installed APACS+ systems.
