Programmable Fieldbus Controller with SD Card

Sept. 1, 2011
The 750-880 “Ethernet 2.0” Programmable Fieldbus Controller includes 1MB of data memory and an SD port for up to 8GB of extra memory and increases intelligence and high-frequency processing by handling up to 1,000 instructions within 235μ for industrial Ethernet applications.

Via SD card, the unit expedites large-scale programming while increasing capabilities by transferring device parameters, boot files or other file types between controllers. Accessible via FTP, the card is also an additional drive or data backup. The unit also employs new function libraries, and an upgraded 2MB Fast File System with integrated Web server for configuration options, status information and Web pages, and supports multiple protocols. Optional SD Card fortified with gold-plating withstands harsh industrial applications. Two Ethernet interfaces and an integrated switch blend PLC-like functionality with IT networking flexibility.
