Exlar announces its Tritex II™ AC Powered Actuators Brochure is now available and can be conveniently downloaded from their website or delivered in print form upon request.
This brochure details the Tritex II AC Powered Actuators' performance capabilities, communication protocols and specifications.Exlar integrates next-generation electronic powered technology, a digital position controller, brushless motor and either a linear or rotary actuator for a compact, high-performing motion control solution. Tritex II AC powered actuators operate reliably at forces to approximately 4,000 pounds continuous and 10,000 pounds peak. Further, with speeds reaching 33 in/sec, Exlar’s AC powered actuators eliminate the power and speed limitations associated with alternative actuator solutions.Tritex II actuators also provide flexible communication capabilities, allowing users to select the precise system needed to accommodate specific application requirements. With digital I/O, analog I/O and network protocols including EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and PROFINET IO, the Tritex II offers broad I/O capabilities. Plus, the actuators can be fully programmed to follow an analog signal, allowing operators to easily and efficiently control the positioning, speed and velocity of the actuator for superior control that surpasses other actuator technologies.Constructed for durability, the actuators feature a fully sealed housing and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +65°C. Additionally, to meet the most demanding and diverse application requirements, the Tritex II boasts numerous agency approvals, including CSA Class I Division 2 rating, vibration rating, CSA 139, UL 508 C, Type 4 enclosure, Safety EN 61800-5-1 and an IP65 rating.Common applications for the Tritex II include:  Process Control   Medical Equipment   Food Processing   Industrial Automation   Molding   Remote Vehicles   Semi-Conductor
