Pulse Control Module

Oct. 20, 2011
Omega’s new PCM5 series module converts a 4 to 20 mA signal from a process/temperature controller or computer to a time proportional output.

This pulse control module mounts directly on a single 3 to 32 Vdc Input SSR and supports single phase 50 or 60 Hz operation. The CE compliant PCM5 tolerates inputs less than 4 mA. In a manufacturing environment, the PCM5 is used with a process controller and solid state relay to control electric heaters for oven drying manufactured parts. PCM5 is also ideal in Water, Chemical, Automotive and Food Processing industries.
