Saelig Introduces Rugged Fanless 8.4" to 19" Touch Panel PCs

Saelig Company, Inc. has introduced the SP-0L Series of economical, entry-level industrial touch panel PCs equipped with Intel's Atom N270 CPU and 945 GSE & ICH7M chipset on a 3.5" Single Board Computer form factor, and 1GB (up to 2GB) DDR II memory and 4GB DOM.

Saelig Company, Inc.  has introduced the SP-0L Series of economical, entry-level industrial touch panel PCs equipped with Intel's Atom N270 CPU and 945 GSE & ICH7M chipset on a 3.5" Single Board Computer form factor, and 1GB (up to 2GB) DDR II memory and 4GB DOM. The fanless, compact design is an ideal solution for tough environments requiring low noise. A waterproof gasket design is optionally offered, providing advanced protection from water or dust intrusion.

A number of LCD panel sizes are available in 4:3 aspect ratio from 8.4" to 15.6", and 15.6" or 19" for 16:9 widescreen applications. The low power consumption SP-0L Series Panel PCs are powered by an external 12 - 24VDC supply. A selection of I/O ports are provided, including 1 x LAN, 2 x RS232, 2 x USB2.0, VGA display, 1 x PS2, with additional expansion provided with 1 x CF card socket, 1 x Mini PCI slot, allowing users expanded functionality for applications requiring special I/O or more memory. Available operating systems include Windows 7 Pro, Windows Embedded 7, Windows XP Pro, Embedded XP, Linux, and WinCE.

Housed in a sturdy metal case with brushed aluminum front panel, SP-0L Series Panel PCs are designed for an operating environment of 32°F to 113°F. For harsher situations subject to liquid splashes or for dusty environments, an optional IP65 waterproof gasket option is also available.

SP-0L Series industrial touch panel PCs are suitable for a wide range of general applications such as equipment monitoring, control and data processing, industrial or building automation, food and drug manufacturing, marine and land transportation, medical and healthcare applications, etc.
