EXAIR's new small NEMA 12 Cabinet Cooler Systems keep electrical enclosures cool with 20°F (-7°C) air while resisting heat and dirty environments that could adversely affect the internal components. This durable Cabinet Cooler system provides a low cost, easy to install, maintenance free solution for enclosures in hot, remote and/or dirty environments. The cooling capacity of up to 275 Btu/hr. is ideal for small electrical enclosures with problematic overheating. Models with higher cooling capacities are available.
EXAIR Cabinet Coolers circulate 20°F (-7°C) air throughout the enclosure to prevent high temperature malfunctions. They mount through a standard electrical knockout while maintaining the NEMA 12, 4 or 4X rating of the enclosure. Cabinet Cooler Systems include an automatic drain filter separator to ensure no moisture passes to the inside of the electrical enclosure. An optional thermostat control minimizes compressed air use and keeps the enclosure at ± 2ºF of the setting.
Small NEMA 12 Cabinet Cooler Systems are available with 275, and 550 Btu/Hr and are UL listed and CE compliant. There are no moving parts to wear out. Applications include cooling control panels, PLC’s, microprocessors, fractional Hp variable frequency drives, and robotics. Prices start at $282.00.
