Starting at $98, two new 3-inch C-more Micro HMI panels are now available from AutomationDirect. C-more Micro panels display text, graphics, and bitmaps to effectively communicate critical HMI data to the operator.

These new lower-priced C-more Micro EA3 series HMI panels are available in touch and non-touch versions and feature a 3.1-inch STN LCD monochrome display and 12 selectable LED-driven backlight colors. The panels have a 128 x 64 pixel display and five user-defined function keys each with a user-defined red LED indicator. The panels can display up to 10 lines by 32 characters of static text and up to 10 lines by 21 characters of dynamic text with embedded variables and phrases mixed with graphics.

The EA3-S3ML-RN C-more Micro non-touch panel, priced at only $98.00, is NEMA 1 as shipped but is NEMA 4/4X indoor, when installed with an available optional gasket. The EA3-S3ML-R C-more Micro touch panel ($146.00) is NEMA 4/4X and IP65 (indoor) rated.

Each panel has one RJ12 serial port for programming and PLC connection (AutomationDirect / Modbus PLC protocols are supported). The panels are powered from the RJ12 serial port of most AutomationDirect PLCs, or from the USB port of a PC using the EA-MG-PGM-CBL (USB to RJ12) programming cable assembly.

All C-more Micro HMI panels have UL, cUL and CE agency approvals and are backed by a full two-year warranty.
