Process Expo to Co-Locate with International Dairy Show in 2013

The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) and the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) have agreed to co-locate Process Expo and the International Dairy Show in Chicago, beginning in 2013.

Registration is open for the two shows,which will take place November 3-6, 2013 and bring together more than 800 food and beverage industry exhibitors and 15,000 industry professionals  Attendees, which come from engineering, operations, production, maintenance, plant management, R&D and corporate management, will have unlimited access to both show floors and both educational programs located in the North and South Halls of McCormick Place.

"IDFA considers co-location with Process Expo a great way to enhance and expand our show without sacrificing the dairy focus that is so important to all of our stakeholders," said Connie Tipton, IDFA president and CEO. "By returning to Chicago, selecting a later fall date and teaming with FPSA, we have achieved the best blend for 2013."

IDFA (Washington, D.C.) represents the nation's dairy manufacturing and marketing industries with a membership of 550 companies. The FPSA (McLean, Va.) is a global trade association serving suppliers in the food and beverage industries.  FPSA members are organized in vertical industry councils that focus on industry sectors, including BakeryBeverageDairyPrepared Foods and Meat sectors. 2011 was a record-setting year for Process Expo, which came in first In a survey of the Top 25 Fast-Growth Shows.
