Crenlo, a Dover company,celebrates its 60th anniversary this year, marking a presence in Rochester that dates back to 1951.
Since its founding, Crenlo has progressed from a small company making operator cabs for Caterpillar, into a global, industry leader in the cab and electronic enclosures markets.

The markets served by Crenlo have grown from solely construction equipment to now include agriculture, specialty truck, energy, defense/military, air traffic control, data communications, system integration and many more. Crenlo now supports customers and sources material on a global basis.

Crenlo’s cab business manufactures operator cabs and rollover protective structures (ROPS) for the construction, agriculture, industrial and specialty truck markets. Crenlo’s enclosure business offers custom electronic enclosures as well as a standard product line of enclosures and consoles under the Emcor® brand name for the test and measurement, energy, government and datacom markets.
Crenlo currently employs about 650 people in the Rochester, Minn., area.
