Tim Donaldson Named Industry Business Development Manager for ICONICS

ICONICS, a Microsoft® Gold Certified Partner of the Year and provider of Web-enabled, industrial visualization software for Microsoft Windows® operating systems, announced that Tim Donaldson has been named as Industry Business Development Manager for Manufacturing Industries.
Donaldson will report directly to Mark Hepburn, VP of Worldwide Sales and be responsible for developing new corporate-level opportunities across the several manufacturing industry segments. Donaldson will support ICONICS' sales channels and systems integrator partners with a focus on the Americas Regions and will also work directly to develop branded OEM opportunities. He will work with global consulting firms to develop solutions to help streamline SCADA and Manufacturing Intelligence solutions in industrial applications. He will continue to work with the ICONICS Marketing Department to develop messaging, solutions specification and industry collateral.
Donaldson has over 20 years' experience in Industrial Automation Software Sales and Marketing. He earned a BA degree from Eastern Nazarene College. His prior employment includes Product Marketing Manager at GE/Intellution and as Application Engineer and Inside Sales at Intec Controls. Donaldson joined ICONICS in 2003, and was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2004 where he oversaw day to day marketing activities and events for ICONICS. Together with his past experiences, Donaldson has developed the skills to lead ICONICS' Manufacturing industries business development initiatives.
