Rockwell Automation Extends the Solution Partner Program for Information into China

May 17, 2012
Aeromat International, Ltd., a leading systems integrator in China, has been accepted into the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork program as the first Solution Partner for Information in China.

By expanding this program, Rockwell Automation provides Chinese manufacturers with a well-versed network of information system professionals to help integrate their FactoryTalk software applications with plant-floor control systems for improved access to critical, real-time data.

Already an approved Rockwell Automation Solution Partner for control system applications, Aeromat recently completed a rigorous program establishing the company’s success in delivering projects utilizing the FactoryTalk software suite for manufacturing intelligence and performance management. Aeromat will help customers in Guangzhou, the manufacturing base of the Pearl River Delta, and throughout China better integrate and view disparate operating and business data systems to solve manufacturing problems before they impact the bottom line.
“We’ve had great success working with system integrators globally to deliver a full suite of data collection, reporting and analysis tools, interfaces and dashboards that manufacturers can use to transform production data into process improvements,” said Keith McPherson, director of market development for Visualization & Information Software, Rockwell Automation. “Producers worldwide are reaping the results of manufacturing intelligence, and it is essential that Chinese manufacturers have access to a network of qualified professionals that can deliver these solutions.”
Aeromat has also designed and delivered their own visualization systems based on Rockwell Software FactoryTalk applications, including FactoryTalk Historian, VantagePoint EMI, View SE and AssetCentre.  The company’s visualization system incorporates human-machine interface, statistical process control, overall equipment effectiveness, and power, maintenance, spare parts and key performance indicator management. “During the development of our visualization system, Rockwell Automation gave us tremendous technical support,” said Wang Xia, manager at Aeromat. “We are confident working with Rockwell Automation will add value to our offerings and increase customers’ confidence in us as a Rockwell Automation Solution Partner for both Information and Control.”
