Lead by ETHERNET 2.0 Programmable Controllers, 89 WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM modules and controllers now carry both ATEX and IECEx certifications for high-temperature, hazardous locations. This opens additional controllers, such as the ETHERNET 2.0 SD Card capable 750-880, to Ex applications operating between 0°C to +60°C. Select specialty modules with the certifications now bring asset management, control-to-machine wiring and Bluetooth® to upstream oil and gas, pipelines and mining applications.
16-Points, 12mm:
Just 12mm wide, WAGO’s ATEX and IECEx Certified 16-Point, High-Density Modules streamline control-to-machine wiring. The digital I/O is favored for compact enclosures that hinder control design, such as those in offshore applications.
Asset Management, Bluetooth and More:
ATEX and IECEx Certifications extend hazardous-location machinery capabilities with:
Asset Management — Proactively monitor machine health with Ethernet-based 750-645 2-Channel Vibration Velocity/Bearing Condition and Monitoring Module.
Wireless Data Transmission — Rapidly execute controller-to-controller coordination of variables within a controller process image, as well as I/O status. 750-644 Bluetooth® RF/Transceiver supports applications where cabling may have been too costly or impractical, e.g., pertrochem temporary installs.
Record Binary Signals w/ NAMUR-Compliant Levels — Transmit a system’s counter state to a controller or higher-level control system via coupler and fieldbus. 750-633 Ex i Hazardous Location
