Automation World to Host Gateway to CSIA’s Industrial Automation Exchange

June 5, 2014
CSIA's Industrial Automation Exchange is designed to connect the discrete manufacturing and process industries to control system integrators and suppliers.

CHICAGO (June 5, 2014) – The Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) has launched the Industrial Automation Exchange, a new online service to help industrial plant owners and operators connect with control system integrators and suppliers. Building on the previous CSIA online directory, the enhanced, features-rich Exchange enables visitors to create personal profiles and reinforces the value of expertise and professional relationships when choosing a system integrator.  Summit Media Group’s Automation World will host an express gateway to the new digital community.

CSIA’s Executive Director Bob Lowe is excited about the Exchange and working with Automation World. Comments Lowe, "CSIA has contributed to Automation World’s magazine and website and we’ve also been involved in The Automation Conference. This is our first formal agreement where they will be driving global traffic to our Exchange site from AutomationWorld.com."

Automation World VP/Publisher, Jim Chrzan is enthusiastic about his brand’s role. “System integrators and their manufacturing partners represent a vital segment of our reader community. We’re pleased to be a partner with CSIA in this new endeavor.” Publicity, advertising and social media will be used to promote awareness and use of the Industrial Automation Exchange.
