Antares Vision, a leading supplier of inspection, serialization, and track and trace solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, will explain its serialization solutions at two free educational Serialization Forums in California scheduled on February 16 at the Marriott del Mar in San Diego and on February 18 in San Francisco at the Embassy Suites, SF Airport – Waterfront.

The Forums are organized by PCI Pharma Services, a leading pharmaceutical contract packager; Xyntek, technical partner of Antares Vision in the U.S. for integration and support; Healthcare Packaging magazine; and Antares Vision. During the seminar, key experts from all companies will share their experiences and best practices to an audience looking for advice in the complex process of defining and executing a serialization strategy.

“Drug counterfeiting is on the rise globally and regulatory deadlines are approaching fast,” said Adriano Fusco, Director, Strategy and Development, Antares Vision. “The pharmaceutical supply chain will soon be at a critical point to ensure patient safety. From drug manufacturers to distributors, all supply chain partners will need to make crucial decisions to upgrade their production lines in compliance with traceability deadlines. These one day seminars can inform and help companies make wise choices.”
