MULTIVAC hires Drew Lericos as Marketing Director

May 2, 2016
MULTIVAC, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Drew Lericos as Marketing Director for its US business.

Lericos will lead the product management team, trade communications, trade show execution and customer engagement initiatives.

Lericos brings a diverse background to MULTIVAC including foodservice and CPG marketing as well as marketing in the packaging industry. Most recently he headed marketing of the Farmland Packaged Meats business for Smithfield Foods. Prior to this role, he was Director of Marketing for Robbie Manufacturing. He has also held several prominent marketing positions for food brands within McCormick & Company, Snyder’s of Hanover and American Italian Pasta Company.

Matt Malott, Vice President of Sales and Marketing said, “We are excited to have Drew join our team at a time of significant growth within our US business. He brings with him a focus on marketing our world-class packaging equipment to a broad spectrum of customers in numerous product segments. We have great confidence in Drew’s ability to share MULTIVAC’s legacy of exceptional product performance and service to a large, untapped marketplace.”

MULTIVAC continues to develop new products and services that meet the changing needs of the packaging industry. In the past two years, regional sales offices have been opened in California and New Jersey to bring sales coverage and service closer to the customer. Another regional office is planned to open in North Carolina in the summer of 2016. Additionally, the US headquarters is currently renovating the offices in Kansas City to include a 32,000 square-foot addition. This allows MULTIVAC to further expand upon manufacturing capabilities. The renovation will include a new, state-of-the-art demonstration area, allowing customers to have hands-on experience with new and emerging MULTIVAC equipment, as well as serving as a training facility for new and returning customers.
