The 2,781-square-foot facility is located in the Concours Plaza, located at 3491 Concours Street, and will house sales and service personnel from Krones and its subsidaries, beginning with Trans-Market, LLC. In addition to Krones’ general focus on customer proximity, the expansion is another step in the implementation of its strategy to build-up local process engineering and sourcing capabilities.
“We have a large, growing customer base in this part of the country,” said B.J. Anderson, head of sales, western division for Krones, Inc. “This expansion gives us a collaboration point in a high activity area to be more agile in meeting customer needs.”
Trans-Market has also recently expanded its footprint in Texas, opening an office in Houston. The company already has locations in Dallas and San Antonio, as well as its headquarters located in Tampa, Fla.
