High density (narrow width) signal conditioners have been added to the AutomationDirect process measurement and controls lineup.

ProSense® SC6 Series signal conditioners are housed in a narrow 6mm width package that allows high density mounting on a 35mm DIN rail to optimize panel space. Models are available for conversion of standard DC voltage and current signals, bipolar signals, thermocouples, and RTDs. Isolation eliminates ground loop problems.

The SC6 Series includes single channel, two channel and signal splitter models. Power options include an in-rail power bus, loop powered output, as well as models that are powered directly from the input signal. Application specific models have fixed configuration requiring no set up; DIP switch configured models provide flexibility to meet a variety of applications.

These 6mm conditioners offer excellent accuracy and fast response, a wide operating temperature range and are suitable for high vibration environments. LED operation status is available on some models.

All models are UL Listed as well as FM approved for use in Class 1 Division 2 hazardous locations. 6mm signal conditioners start at $69.00.
