Continuous flexing motor supply cable is now available from AutomationDirect in customer specified one-foot increment lengths. igus Chainflex® continuous flexing CF30 and CF31 motor supply cables are specifically designed, tested, and manufactured to be exposed to constant flexing, providing a cable service life between 5 million and 10 million cycles.

The cables are available with four unshielded (CF30 series) or four shielded (CF31 series) conductors in 16 AWG to 2 AWG sizes. Individual conductors are bare copper and stranded for flexing applications. Conductor insulation is a black TPE mixture that is sunlight and oil resistant and flame retardant. Chainflex cables have a unique jacket tear strip that allows the outer jacket to be easily stripped back from the conductors to the desired length.

Starting at $1.41 per foot, the cables are cut to length in one-foot increments with a 10 or 20-foot minimum depending on cable gauge. The price per foot is the same per cable AWG regardless of length ordered.

Cut-to-length cable eliminates waste and lowers cost (only as much cable as required is purchased). There are no cut charges (and no shipping charges on orders over $49). Cable is cut to length at AutomationDirect's own UL Certified respooling facility and is available for same day shipping if ordered by 6:00pm ET.
