QVT-CLICK Split Cable Gland from icotek

July 10, 2019
icotek is extending its QVT-CLICK cable gland product family to include metric sizes 16 and 20.

The two new sizes provide “plug in” or “screw in” mounting, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. The QVT-CLICK series allows for the installation of pre-terminated cables and offers a compact and flat design. If there is a lack of space on the inside of the housing, the QVT-CLICK can be quickly and easily locked into place from the front of the housing. Due to its extremely compact and flat design, the QVT-CLICK is also ideally suited for smaller machines and devices. The unique split design makes retrofitting or MRO situations easy and fast. Another innovation is the rounding of the lower edges. The new sizes are ideal for smaller IP54 applications. The QVT-CLICK 16 and QVT-CLICK 20 cable glands are suitable for wall thicknesses of 1.5 - 2.5 mm.

The QVT-CLICK cable glands are designed to work the icotek’s QT cable grommets. The QT grommets are available for cables with diameters ranging from 1 to 15 mm diameters. Other sizes and special cable grommets are available (IP54) as well. A ring seal is included. Certifications such as HL3, ECOLAB, RoHs and others are met.

The QVT-CLICK 16 and QVT-CLICK 20 are available now. Samples are available free of charge upon request.
