The aim was to manufacture an oil for turbines and generators which increases the efficiency in plain bearings of generators. The semi-synthetic plain bearing oil Klüberoil EE 1-46 can substantially reduce efficiency losses in generator bearings.
The new energy-efficient turbine oil shows a low foaming tendency and high oxidation stability. The use of Klüberoil EE 1-46 optimizes efficiency and extends oil change intervals, thus contributing to increase the service life of components. Hence, cost savings can be achieved easily and efficiently. Klüberoil EE 1-46 also shows good compatibility with plain bearing materials.
