Feb. 6, 2013
The WIO200 is a water-in-oil sensor that provides continuous monitoring of lubricant volumes and measures moisture and humidity levels.

The WIO200 is a water-in-oil sensor that provides continuous monitoring of lubricant volumes and measures moisture and humidity levels. It provides a 4-20mA analog output and two relay alarm outputs. The sensor is calibrated for lubrication oil analysis rather than discreet samples. The company says the sensor provides a measurement range of 0.01-1.00aw, with accuracy to ±0.03aw and resolution greater than 0.004aw. The relay contacts are rated for 250V AC, with the default alarm settings being 0.50aw and 0.9aw. The sensor works with pressures as high as 40 bar and temperatures up to 85° C. The WIO200 is available with an associated terminal box that provides power, links the sensor to external condition monitoring systems and provides local visual indication of water levels in the oil.
