FasTest Inc. announces new FasMate FN Series connectors for reduced insertion depth to internal threads. Designed with FasTest’s industry-recognized FasMate Series connector technology, the new FN connectors provide safe and reliable instant manual or automated leak tight connections to shallow depth female threads. FasMate FN Series connectors deliver cost, process and quality improvement to a wide range of applications, including vacuum testing, media filling or flushing and performance testing.
Featuring a modular design, FN Series connectors enable rapid, effortless change outs between squeeze lever, pneumatic thumb and pneumatic pilot actuation methods to meet individual application requirements. The connectors' inherent flexibility, durable construction and easy field maintenance maximizes the service life of the connector investment and ensure a safe, accurate and reliable performance for years.
For enhanced flexibility and to meet the growing needs of the manufacturing industry, FasMate FN Series connectors are compatible with an extensive internal threaded port sealing range of 1/8" to 3/8" NPT, BSPP, SAE O-Ring Boss and ISO O-Ring Boss Metric sizes.
FN Series connectors’ split collet operation uses no thread sealant or wrenches, and securely locks into place for instantaneous connections that will not disconnect under pressure. With durable stainless steel and anodized aluminum, these connectors can withstand pressures up to 2500 psi without the burden of expensive, time-consuming thread sealant and wrench tightening.
