The units offer a narrow design, ranging from 18 mm to 45 mm. The smallest model measures just 18 mm x 75 mm x 90 mm; all models will mount on either a TS35/7.5 or TS35/15 DIN rail. Efficiency is up to 91% and no-load power consumption is between <0.3 W and <0.5 W depending on the model. The supplies operate from 85 to 264 VAC and have EN61000-3-2 compliance, enabling worldwide use; they can withstand input voltage surges of 300 VAC for 5 seconds. Units are available with four output power levels ranging from 15 to 100 W and nominal output voltages of 5 V, 12-15 V, 24-28 V or 48 VDC. Full load temperature range is -10 to +55 °C (+70 °C for the 15 W model). Typical ripple and noise is below 40 mV and a green LED indicates DC OK. Other features include over-current, over-voltage protection and a hold-up time of up to 20 ms at 100 VAC input voltage, full load. The series is approved to UL508 safety standard for industrial control equipment. Further safety approvals include IEC/EN 60950-1 (2nd Ed.) and UL/CSA 60950-1. Units are CE marked in accordance with the LV Directive, EMC Directive and RoHS Directive, and the power supplies are designed to meet EN55022 and CISPR22 Class B for conducted and radiated EMI. They come with a three-year warranty.
