Aluminum single-door and lift-off cover wall mount enclosures have been added for applications where a lightweight, corrosion-resistant enclosure is required for electrical, electronic or pneumatic components. Gasketed screw cover enclosures constructed with 14 or 12-gauge carbon steel or G-90 grade galvanized steel are now available. Additional freestanding single-door enclosures with three-point handles are designed to house electrical and electronic controls, terminals and instruments used in outdoor applications and in areas that are regularly hosed down or are otherwise very wet. Two-door floor mount models with three-point handles have also been added. Made from 10-gauge steel and body stiffeners for extra strength, these enclosures are designed with standard 12-inch floor kits welded to the bottom, heavy duty removable lifting eyes and collar studs for mounting optional panels. Stainless steel lift-off cover wall mountable enclosures are now available in 16-gauge 304 and 316L stainless steel models. Enclosures have external mounting feet on top and bottom, as well as stainless steel screws and clamps on four sides of the cover to assure a water-tight seal.
