Robots feature fast, precise action for compact cells

The RV-7FR, RV-7FRL and RV-7FRLL robots feature optimized arm construction for extremely fast and precise heavy-duty operation.

The product line offers an increased range of movement, with a maximum reach of up 1503 mm, along each axis. Slender arms enable the robots to cover large work areas, making it ideal for compact cell construction.

Among the fastest moving robots in their class with a maximum composite speed of 11.0 m/s, they feature a standard cycle time of 0.32 s and a pivotal operating range of + or minus 240 degrees. Environmental specifications include IP 40 standard, IP 67 oil mist and ISO class 3 cleanroom. The robots can be ceiling, wall or floor mounted and are compliant with European Machinery Directives (CE).
