Touch Panel Adds Remote Access

May 6, 2009
A remote access feature containing multilevel log-on security and allowing up to three user accounts has been added to the company’s C-more operator touch panel line.
The feature allows authorized users to connect a PC to the C-more panel from anywhere via an Internet Web browser. Each account can be configured in one of three password-protected access levels: View Only, View and allow Screen Change only, and Full Control. Each account is tag supported. The remote access feature resides in the panel and requires no option modules. Applications can be downloaded from the panel through a PC Web browser, and users can access and remotely control real-time screen operations, and troubleshoot and test applications.AutomationDirectwww.automationdirect.com800.633.0405
