Robot Handles Larger Payload

Feb. 3, 2009
The maximum payload capacity of the VS-Series 6-axis articulated robots has been increased by 40 percent, from 5kg to 7kg.
The increase gives the compact VS-Series robots the highest payload capacity in their class, according to the vendor, and allows the robots to handle a significantly wider range of applications than previously. The VS-Series robots are available in reaches from 650mm to 850mm, with cycle times from 0.49 to 0.59 seconds and repeatability from ±0.020mm to ±0.030mm. ANSI and CE compliance allows global deployment.Denso Roboticswww.densorobotics.com888.4.ROBOTX
