    Compact block IO modules with PROFINET interface are a further addition to the range of distributed IO systems with a high degree of protection (IP65/67) offered by the Siemens Industry Automation Division.

    Simatic ET 200eco PN with a fully sealed, particularly rugged zinc die-cast housing is available in several variants: with 8 or 16 digital inputs and with 8 or 16 digital outputs. Inputs and outputs, power supply and communications network are connected by means of industry standard M12 connectors.Simatic ET 200eco PN is designed for distributed installation directly on the machine and supports both PROFINET star and line topologies within a system. PROFINET makes module expansion flexible and permits solutions specifically tailored to the automation task.
