System Simplifies Condition Monitoring

Dec. 1, 2008
The InSite condition monitoring system uses a network-based approach to simplify condition monitoring for predictive maintenance.
With InSite, wireless InBox data acquisition modules collect data from industrial sensors installed on plant machinery. This data is sent for processing and storage to the InSite application server installed at the plant or at a remote location. Users can access and analyze data by logging on the server locally, or through the Internet. The system lets users perform online vibration analysis without installing any specialized software, and automatically notifies users of alarm events through e-mail and graphic user interface. It can also be integrated with existing data systems running at a plant and send notifications through them.InCheck Technologies Inc.www.inchecktech.com847.961.1134
