The AIMB-250 is equipped with an Intel 82855GME chipset and supports 1.8 GHz Intel Pentium M and 1.5 GHz Intel Celeron M processors. There is a 400 MHz front side bus and up to 1 GB of DDR 266/333 SDRAM. The AIMB-251 is equipped with an Intel 82852GM chipset and includes an onboard 600 MHz ultra low voltage Intel Celeron processor. There is a 400 MHz front side bus and up to 1 GB of DDR 200/266 SDRAM. Both come with expandability in CompactFlash, PCI, and Mini PCI buses.
