    Industrial Mini-ITX Motherboards

    The AIMB-250 and AIMB-251 are RoHS compliant industrial mini-ITX motherboards featuring low power design with six USB 2.0 and four COM ports integrated in a standard 170x170mm form factor.

    The AIMB-250 is equipped with an Intel 82855GME chipset and supports 1.8 GHz Intel Pentium M and 1.5 GHz Intel Celeron M processors. There is a 400 MHz front side bus and up to 1 GB of DDR 266/333 SDRAM. The AIMB-251 is equipped with an Intel 82852GM chipset and includes an onboard 600 MHz ultra low voltage Intel Celeron processor. There is a 400 MHz front side bus and up to 1 GB of DDR 200/266 SDRAM. Both come with expandability in CompactFlash, PCI, and Mini PCI buses. The four COM ports, six USB ports, and 16-bit GPIO enable easy integration and a single 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet port
    delivers high-speed networking.
