The TK1 retrofit kit is a plug-and-play solution designed to replace the Indramat Trans01 single-axis motion controller and the DSC servo amplifier commonly found in milling, drilling and tapping machines within the auto industry.
The TK1 retrofit kit includes the vendor’s Trans200 multi-axis motion controller, HDC Duradrive digital servo controller, MHD digital servo motor and BTV06 operator interface. All are mounted on the TK1 frame, which is positioned at the existing station and plugged in using a ready-made connector. The TK1 retrofit kit provides added functionality with multi-axis, digital motion control and saves about $10,000 compared to the complete replacement of an existing Trans01 package
