To bring greater efficiency to machine-mounted I/O applications, the ZK1020 IP-Link Bridge connectors and ZS5300 I/O mounting rails are designed to simplify the installation of the vendor’s Fieldbus Box I/O.
They are well-suited for applications that require rugged P67-rated I/O terminals mounted outside of a cabinet and directly on machines. The ZK1020 IP-Link Bridge connectors are for high density, side-by-side Fieldbus Box I/O mounting where modules are from 0mm to 5mm apart. The ZSA5300 mounting rails help save time and simplify Fieldbus Box extension module installation. The rails are made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel with pre-cut M3 threads to attach the I/O modules. The rails can be
mounted on machines with M5 screws. The rails come in 500mm long increments—suitable for up to 15 Fieldbus Box extension modules with 2mm of space between each module.
