Developed specifically for automotive OEMs and their suppliers, the BradPower Power Distribution System is a modular power delivery system for complex, high-performance assembly lines.
Because the BradPower system is completely modular, once a licensed electrician connects the power source, connecting the box to individual power tool workstations can be performed by electrical contractors or trained technicians in a matter of seconds, says the vendor, reducing installation time and costs and lowering total cost of ownership. The system’s flexibility also allows the assembly line layout to be reconfigured quickly and easily. In the BradPower System, a compact, 10-by-12-inch power distribution box feeds power directly to the assembly line tools via six to 10 BradPower cord sets. The system can deliver up to 10 branches of 30-amp power across any selected span of the assembly line, and offers the flexibility to deliver up to 600V through different configurations.
