Modular Safety and Control

July 1, 2005
As a fully modular approach to controlling access to hazardous machinery and equipment, eGard not only provides all the features required in a gate switch, but it also includes electrical operator controls as standard modules.

eGard can even be used solely as a flexible, easily installed control unit. eGard clips together to provide a large number of options. Modules such as stop and start switches and indicator lights can be included in one unit, with or without gage switch modules. This eliminates much of the wiring and connection time involved with control panels. eGard fits on a standard extruded aluminum machine guarding and is engineered for Category 4 applications.
