Progressive cavity pumps are available in packaged skids designed to eliminate the time and costs of engineering, procuring, assembling and commissioning flow control systems.
Flows range from 1 cc/min to 20 gpm on standard skids. The skids can deliver thin to highly viscous liquids as well as corrosive and solid laden chemicals. Control options include local PID for closed loop flow control, I/O terminals for remote DCS control and Web I/O for remote monitoring and control over the Internet. The Internet system connects to the skid’s local I/O terminals for analog drive input, analog flow output and alarm contacts. Additional sensors from other equipment, such as tanks and cameras, can also be connected to the device, and users are able to interact with the system directly from a Web browser.
