With the Speedcon connection system, a “1/2 turn” makes a secure, watertight and vibration-proof connection between cordsets and devices.
Compatible with all standard M12 connectors, Speedcon reduces the time required to connect an M12 threaded plug by up to 90 percent, says the vendor. No special adapters are required. The Speedcon product range includes IP65 and IP67 cordsets, field wireable, panel mount connectors and sensor-actuator boxes. Speedcon technology is also integrated into the vendor’s Fieldline module I/O system, providing a comprehensive array of fieldbus modules for Profibus, CANopen, Devicenet and Interbus protocols.
