FormWeigh formulation software is a simple, operator display-driven solution that monitors, controls, tracks and validates every aspect of the Weigh Dispense process in real time, and can interface directly with ERP systems.
The FormWeigh system provides manufacturers the necessary solution to achieve: close information flow between warehouse and the dispensing system; automated and secure information flow from production planning to the production floor; full tracking and tracing of weighing and calibration activities; and control of use of the correct, oldest and released batch. “Our new FormWeigh software package completely and seamlessly integrates batch documentation, data traceability and validation support into a single solution for the production planner,” says Ken Falk, market manager for the vendor. FormWeigh software is Ethernet enabled, allowing connection of scales, balances, printers and barcode readers over a standard Ethernet LAN.
