Compact Block I/O

Jan. 1, 2004
The Inline Block IO is a family of input/output modules, including 16 and 32 channel digital block modules that are compatible with fieldbus protocols, such as Interbus, Profibus DP, DeviceNet and CANOpen.

A compact design, with a height of 2 inches, allows the Inline Block IO to be installed in distributed control panels, control cabinet doors and smaller control cabinets. To ease installation, I/O and communications are integrated into one unit, and sensor and actuator cables can be connected through the use of removable wiring arms. The family uses diagnostic indicators and color-coded wiring indications to speed maintenance and minimize wiring errors.
